Just saw a soul food company’s delivery van on the street yesterday, and “We all we got” was emblazoned on the back and sides. Do you think that was a declaration of:
Our educational system?

I’ll vote for Option 4, but I have no good idea what the real meaning is. It’s catchy, and that’s for sure.
Maybe it’s along the lines of “We ain’t run out just yet.”
Well…a quick google brings up so many results for ‘We all we got’ that I’m thinking 3, or some variant, is the closest. 'We’ve got to stick together ‘cause nobody else is going to help us’ kind of thing. ‘Family’ in a broad term.
Seems a legitimate use of AAVE, to me. The implied verb “are” is clearly understood even by people like me who don’t speak AAVE.
I hear it as “we’re all in this together,” with a subtext of “…so let’s help each other out by buying some food from us!”
They bought the van pre-owned from a spelling-challenged septic tank cleaning service.
That is clearly what it means to me.
I would guess that it’s meant to encourage black customers to patronize their (most likely) black-owned business as part of supporting their community.
I am not arguing that it is not clearly understood.
“Lite yogurt”, “drive thru”, and “open all nite” are clearly understood as well.

My first thought was it means they are giving all they got, we are all we got(we’re giving it our all).

Okay, I just now realized that this is your initials/signature. Previously, every time I’ve seen it on the board, I’ve read it as sort of a “hmmmm” noise.
At least it doesn’t say, “We all we got everyday.”

I’d assume from the OP that it’s both #2 and #3.
That was my interpretation as well.
It’s quite possible that the slogan is a variant of For Us By Us (FUBU) with the mystery removed.
