On Turning 50 Alone

((hugs))

sometimes, the internet can be a nice place

PapSett, hearing that you’re feeling better got me all choked up. I’m so happy for you! And alexco, it can happen for you, too. I’m not saying it -will- (hells, I’m still trying to believe the ‘can’ for myself), but I’m saying there’s hope. This thread is proof.
I feel like kvelling a bit more for PapSett. Who’s raising a glass with me?

::Clinks mugs with ArrMatey!::

I’m glad to hear you’ve made some 4-footed and 2-footed friends PapSett.

so glad to get an update - I saw this thread was old but was hoping for something up to date at the end! lovely horse, looks like, so glad you met her.

no idea what happened but the heck with that. post ON!! :slight_smile:

It didn’t occur to me that the post was posted so long ago! Wow! I’m reminded of the book Po Bronson wrote called “Do One thing DIfferent” and also of Swedenborg, the philanthropist who said helping others was the key to life.

Yes, I found out about him thru Helen Keller’s bio.
