Still, this got me to thinking. I wonder, once we Republicans have finally managed to kill off all the women in America, who do we go after next? The physically and/or mentally disabled? The unemployed? Brown people? The French? Who?

Once we killed off all the women no need to wonder who will get killed next. It’d be the end of the human race. Within 100 years or less there’d be no humans left.

So, doesn’t it strike you as rather stupid then to claim that Republicans want to kill off all the women? Especially seeing as how most of us are married and/or have daughters and neices and granddaughters and such? And seeing as how many of us are women to begin with?
But you appear to be laboring under the same misapprehension as Hal Briston. I already said we’d have to work quickly because we’d die out soon ourselves. (And besides, I think it’s only supposed to be American women that we’re out to kill right now. At least Reid and Slaughter didn’t mention it if we’re supposed to be trying to kill all women everywhere.)
While it’s a bit hyperbolic to say repubs want to kill off women they will do them no service by ending womens health services and cutting medicare. Pretty much anything which helps the poor or middle class gets cut while repubs fight tooth and nail to give oil companies tax cuts and blame Obama for high gas prices. They stack the supreme court so that they can get unlimited funds for thier campaigns from big business on the hush legally and then surprise surprise that’s all they care about.

How come Trump’s questions are considered the height of stupidity around here, but Reid and Slaughter can claim Republicans want to kill women and that’s just a harmless little bit of hyperbole? People actually believe that shit! There are liberals on this very board who believe with all their heart and soul that Republicans are evil through and through and “want” to see people dying for lack of health care.
I do remember a prominent Republican Foreign Affairs specialist (Condoleeza Rice, or something) ranting on about “Punishing the French”. We’re still waiting for our punishment here Miss, and please, I like tight knots.
Call the idea that Republicans “hate” women or want to kill women hyperbole all you want.
Provide, then, some reasonable rationale for nearly shutting down the government over funding for an organization that provides cancer screenings, STI screenings and treatments, contraceptive care (if you don’t understand why controlling fertility is an important aspect of health I’ll wait here while you go think about it for a while) pre-natal care and basic healthcare like blood pressure and diabetes screenings for millions of Americans.
Keep in mind that when a woman with time to spare (a luxury) attempted to find non-Planned Parenthood sources of basic gynecological care for uninsured, low income women in Dallas, Texas one of the largest metroplexes in the country, it was a largely fruitless search. If that’s what happens in Dallas what happens in Lebanon, MO? Nevada, IA? Dayton, VA? Latrobe, PA?
Explain to me who is served by this? What positive, what net good are the Republicans seeking in so fervently pursuing this de-funding? Qui bono?
They don’t want to kill all women, just a lot of them. And torment and oppress the ones they don’t kill. And of course, they’ll want to keep most younger women alive if not healthy simply for use as sex objects.

Exactly. Republicans are the party that lectures America on sexual morals while being sexual hypocrites and predators. The Republican convention is a mecca for prostitutes for a reason.
Oh I’m sure they don’t want to SEE them dying. They want that done out of sight and in silence. Republicans aren’t evil anymore than money is evil. What they do is to make it obvious to anyone outside of the tea party that they only care about rich people. The programs they fight to close help the poor. The taxes they fight to keep low are for the rich. Thier unlimited funds from corporations allow them to hire radio hosts and buy whole TV stations to spout specious truths and outright lies. The first cuts they make are to education because the uneducated vote for them and swallow the BS whole without any question.
I heard a republican congressman state on the today show that Obamas campaign funds were all from big business interests when they were actually majority grassroots. They try to take the statements which apply to them and sling them at thier opponents though they are not true and you want me to believe TRUMP who is himself a slick caveat emptor conman? Please.
