And here beatle and I were braggin’ about the number of people at the last Houson Gathering (parts one and two). We’re just a bunch of pikers, apparently.
Falcon: The pictures rock. Your web site rocks. YOU rock.
To everyone else: Now I’ve got faces to put with the names. Muhahahaha!
Maybe someday I can make it to one of them thar Chicago gatherings.
SHHHHHHHH! Jeez, a guy can’t get away with anything around here!
But anyway, I’m sure you are/were on some treatment for your asthma, whereas mine was just sitting there, closing up my throat. It was weird, because I felt a bit lightheaded and I was thinking, “I only had two drinks. I should not be feeling like this!” Turns out it wasn’t the drinks.
Alright David, you made me feel guilty. For the record, though, I made an effort to smoke far away from you early in the evening. But, you know, I’m lazy. Next time, bring your medication
And Seal - yep, our gatherings rock. We’re talking about another one in May or so, so you’d better start planning that trip to Chicago now.
Everybody knows that Steve McGarrett only takes orders from the governor and God - and occassionally even they have trouble.
David, call your doctor NOW and get a prescription for an inhaler to stop attacks. No matter how good your ongoing medication is, you will have an attack, and you’ll need to stop it. I’m kind of amazed they didn’t give you one to start with…did they say what to do if you had an attack? (Usual disclaimer: I’m not a doctor, etc. YMMV.)

Already done, thanks. (I had actually called the doctor’s office before posting the above, asking about that.) I thought maybe he didn’t give it to me because he wanted to see how the long-term medicine worked first. But he gave me a prescription for one to stop an attack, so I guess that wasn’t it. Might have just been that I didn’t describe my attacks as being too terrible, so he didn’t think I needed it. < shrug > Anyway, I have one now, and have used it once, though it didn’t seem to do much immediately, but then since it was the first time I’ve ever used it (and my symptoms weren’t horrible when I did – just some shortness of breath), maybe I just didn’t know what to expect.
