She kind of stifles a smile at one point, I think. Real, IMO.
She has a realistic skin tone, blinks frequently, changes expression a couple times, and even moves her arms at some point. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Japanese have mannequins that can do all that, but I’m going with real person here.
