Opal, what the fuck is your problem?

I absolutely LOVE this description.

Seriously. Was my suggestion, like, invisible? Did the hamsters eat it?

There, mention of hamsters, which had not occurred yet, AFAICR

  1. I think it is really low to mess with her in that other thread
  2. Seriously, that is mean on that level that is low class. Can’t we keep that in the pit?
  3. Lick my hairy nutsack you crazy ass bitch

On edit, I see that skip magic already has risen the staff of protection around her.

She’s reading every word of it, probably trying to stage her next move for maximum attention potential. She has to keep reading every thread in which she’s mentioned, because if she doesn’t, how will she know when to start the OMG YOU HAVEN’T PAID ME ENOUGH ATTENTION LATELY thread?

It just sort of came to me. Although she seems to drain her victims almost dry… and then let them recover for a while before she feasts again.

Yeah, are all those people who gave her money so she could get plastic surgery in South America still donating their hard earned cash to the ‘OpalCat is a cash parasite’ fund?

Aw, man.

I know, but you guys are making work for me. I’m lazy. I don’t wanna have to work.

Well, at my old house in east suburban Cleveland, my driveway used to be littered with acorns. Then again, considering that someone might have “a corn” on their foot … nope. Too gross. After those photos, I don’t even want to think of chestnuts.

EDIT: I wonder if those of us who aren’t SDMB celebrities are entitled to the same staff of protection.

Thanks Skip. Whatever faults OpalCat has, she doesn’t deserve harassment. If posters want to limit their association with her, or call her on what they believe is rude behavior, that’s one thing. Deliberate provocation is another.

Guys, I know you’re having fun here, but there are decaf brands which are just as tasty as the real thing. If OpalCat’s an attention whore, surely the wisest course would be to let the eleven page thread die.

Enjoy,
Steven

My Staff of Protection is +3. Isn’t everyone’s?

Enjoy,
Steven

See, normally I’d thank you for the synopsis, since every time I’ve seen a reference to the Modal Ontological Thingie it was followed by page after page of P <= !Q type symbols. So I would say “Thanks for the explanation Cervaise”, but since this IS Opal’s thread, I think the appropriate response is

That’s NOT the answer I wanted. I want clarification now of point two. Didn’t you see earlier that I told you that the second step was what I wanted? Well it IS. I’m an omnivore-boy and that “barn/trot” reference implied that I ate horses. Well, I DON’T!

You’re welcome, I guess. :stuck_out_tongue:

Is licking hairy nutsacks work?

This thread is hilarious. However,

  1. I agree that we should let SkipMagic be lazy.
  2. Harassing OpalCat is far too low-class middle-school style for anyone who believes in the mission of the SDMB.

Damn, I had a third point but I forgot what it was. Shoot.

An acorn?

The Mods have spoken.

We shall not post any nonconstructive comments in OpalCat’s necklace-Buckeye-thingy thread.

I think this judgment is just but fair.

Edit:

It just stings like heck in that buckeye area, don’t it?

(ting ting!) Nice work if you can get it,
And you can get it, if you—oh, pardon me.

Thank-you, and that’s probably it, although I actually visited that Wiki page before posting and thought, mmmm not dark enough. Do horse chestnuts (and buckeyes) get darker as they dry out?

There’s some interesting stuff about the horse chestnut there:

So apparently horse chestnuts help beat the Nazis.

There’s no mention if they may be safely placed in the mouth to encourage the development of apple cheeks.

Yeah, broken glass ass leakage is okay, though.

Skip–So much for the heads’ up thing, right?

I gave up Tiramisu when I found out it’s Italian for ‘leprous baby vaginas’.

Imagine how differently LOTR might have turned out if Sauron had been able to figure out some way to keep a ring on a chain.

Oh, you had to go bring up eyes again, huh?

Sorry. I guess I was more subtle than I intended to be. I meant to label the “suggested” behavior as trolling to make it clear that it would be against the rules and that no one should actually do it. You’ll notice that I haven’t posted in that thread at all.
