where is the oreo factory? also, where was the first one located?
The first Nabisco factory to produce Oreos was located in New York City, in a building now known as the Chelsea Market. Oreos were invented there in 1912. Today, Nabisco has dozens of factories all over North America which produce Oreos and other yummy stuff.
There is an oreo and other snackables factory near my job. It is a pretty nondescript building with a simple sign that reads “Nabisco” in not too large letters. The area is surrounded by plainish trucks. Most wouldn’t notice the factory except when they are cooking stuff- then it smells pretty nice in the area.
I’m not an oreo fan.
