The scriptures are not historical, as history is written by man and in error (as God tells us BTW), the scriptures are truth. There are no contradictions, just misunderstanding on the part of the readers about the world. Children are created spiritually, even if there is no conception? What determines whether a spiritual child is created during sex? Can this happen to a married couple using birth control? I know women who used birth control all their married life (they and their husband just didn’t want children), and are now well into menopause, so there is no chance those spiritual babies are getting out of limbo, or where ever they are. What happens to them? Is god stuck with them, or does he surprise other women with these changelings?
