FA: *Just curious but how closely did you read the ‘revised’ charter? […] Let me quote some of the ‘revised’ charter that your link sent me to *
No, I think you’re the one who had an accidental reading glitch here. If I understand you correctly, you went to my first link at the US embassy in Israel website, where there’s a note on the 1996 emendations to the PLO charter. You then went to the link at the bottom of that page, which takes you to the text of the un-revised, original 1968 PLO charter, which is what contains all the anti-Israel stuff that you were quoting.
FinnAgain, you were being dishonest, even if you didn’t realise it.
the Nazi’s weren’t being opressed. They never claimed they were opressed. They came to power in a period of high unemployment and a stagnant economy. They rallied under a banner of pride in their country and their roots. They saw Germany as a whole as being repressed by the WWI armistice. They never had a rally cry of “Help Help! We’re being opressed!” it was more a cry of “Make Germany Strong Again!”.
Freedom Fighters fight for the establishment of a country.
The Nazi’s already HAD a country before they went on an expansion plan. If they had have rounded up a private army and then went to invade Alcase Lorraine and use that as a base to take on the rest of Germany, then I might see how you can press them into the term “freedom fighters”.
