Penile Reduction Surgery???

I was talking to a female acquaintence and she mentioned that she once dated a guy who was so well endowed that everytime they had sex, she’d get the equivalent of an epeziotomy (sp?) which wasn’t fun for her.
My question, is there such a thing as a penis reduction surgery? Can they make it shorter if it is too long? Or nNarrower if too wide?

I think it would be pointless.

As I understand it (book knowledge, alas, not personal experience) what you’re describing is never the result of the man’s penis being too big, or the woman’s vagina too small: Consider that most women can fit a baby’s head through there without tearing: No man is that well-endowed. Rather, the problem is friction, which means that the woman’s body isn’t producing any or enough lubrication. Either extended foreplay, to get the woman aroused beforehand, or artificial lubricants should solve the problem.

Your friend doesn’t seem to quite know what an episiotomy is. It’s a big surgical cut in the edge of the vaginal opening, which must be stitched back up. I’ll refer you to The Merck Manual for the grisly details:

Anyway, if your friend is really getting torn when she’s having sex, something is drastically wrong.

Too big? Lol…think its big? You should about the FFA (Fist Fuckers of America), now that’s big!

And this from someone whose member name is “handy”…

Did you intend to say it just like that?

A search on “penile reduction” on google turned up . . . yes, you guessed it. A bunch of sites on circumcision. JDT would be so proud.

Flying close to the sun are ya Icarus? Actually, a lesbian once taught me how to use my hands to do that but thats not how I got that handle. I do have the smallest hands of any guy I know, they are smaller than many a woman’s too.

Penises can be made bigger or smaller.

Penile surgery is risky and I think other options should be explored first. The guy could always do what I did: Choose an alternative lifestyle. Worked for me. You know, turn a liability into. . . , (Oh, what’s the word I want here?)
