Is there any surgical procedure to make your penis smaller? Don’t want to do it, just curious.
Do you mean and still function? It’d be pretty easy to take a scalpel and chop off a couple inches from the end

I know it’s not factual but something related to this question. On a morning drive time radio show I was listening to about a year or so ago, they discussion vcame up of “what plastic surgery would you get if you were to get some”.
One caller phoned in to say “uh yeah… i’d have 3 inches taken off of my penis.”
Without missing a beat the radio DJ said “What would you do with a half inch penis?”
Again not factual, but if we’re having fun…
So this well-endowed guy is going for penis reduction surgery. The surgeon is suited up and ready for the operation. Gloves on, scalpel at the ready. Then he notices the nurse assisting is looking tearful, lip quivering.
“Is there a problem, nurse?”
“No doctor, it’s just… such a shame! What a waste!”, she says.
The surgeon says, “We don’t have a choice but to operate, I’m afraid. The patient is having trouble walking without bashing that big thing against his knees.”
Nurse reconsiders for a moment.
“Well… can’t we just make his legs longer?”
I find that the contemplation of any penile surgery tends to have an immediate penis-shrinking effect.

Aha! So having a big penis is purely in the mind.
(Which is probably usually true.)
