I work as tech support in a call center for a large cell phone company, and some of the most frustrating calls I deal with are people that insist on talking to their children while we are troubleshooting their all-important cell phone. WHY do they insist on calling right when35 children are swarming around them screaming and crying?
We are not allowed to say anything like ‘maybe you should call back when you aren’t so busy’; we just have to deal with it and repeat everything 20 times wasting EVERYone’s time.
