Period stuff. TMI etc.

I’ve found ginger root to help tremendously with nausea. I noticed you were already trying it with the chocolate, but you may also want to try just the extract. Good luck. I sympathise completely with the period problems - I have ferocious cramps if I don’t take my BCPs. I also can’t run them together, because my body is determined that I WILL bigod have a period every month, so if I try to “force” it by skipping the “week off” I’ll have a short period that month and then an extra-long, hard, painful one the following month.
