Ha! New pup Cedar is very easy going, despite what would seem to be a tough first 4 or 5 months of life mostly abandoned. Dearly departed dog Badger was wound tighter than a… a… very tightly wound thing. He was a Good Boy but he sure didn’t really roll with the punches through the course of a day.
Here’s the secret. I am not meant to take the ball.

Hey, my hund’s favorite toy is a jolly ball.
Kizzy got a new jolly ball for easter. (She’s the only dog I know who has destroyed jolly balls)
That dog’s little brother is the actual Jolly ball user. He chews holes in the handle, which causes strange croaking noises to come out of it during subsequent chewing sessions.
We also have a donkey who will run away with a Jolly ball sometimes! Those things are great.
Oh, but Simi’s wont is so cute!
