Pet pictures!

I did as well. Back in the day, I worked in downtown Phx and every so often the PETA people would come out and do their version of a naked vegan soup kitchen. I always looked forward to being handed a bowl of soup by someone wearing broccoli and kale. The food wasn’t bad either.

You and Ollie are both cutiepies.

I LOVE orange cats. The Best Cat in the World was a ginger tabby and when he sat up straight, the stripes on his legs made purrfect chevrons. When you can get a pic of her sitting still I would love to see if her stripes do the same thing.

I posted a picture last year of Simi posing on this stump. It’s about 4 feet high, so I’d pick him up and put him there. Now, thanks to Agility Class, I just say “table” and he leaps up.

I thought Bob was stuck, but he was just relaxing like this.

I thank you for the compliment. Not bad for 50, eh?

I told Ollie what you said. He thumped his misshaped tail in a combination of “thank you” and “of course. How nice of you to notice.”

Do fish count as pets? around 15 years ago we went to a Petsmart and bought four little koi. We put them in our pond. All four survived (the green herons eat lots of goldfish, keeping their population in check).

Eating floating fish food.

Buddy being a good kitty, keeping @Seanette company while she sleeps in on this lazy Sunday morning.

And a very handsome boy he is!

He looks a lot like my Atilla. My cat is getting thinner though, he is very old. But he is just that same color.

Lucas is the brown pit mix, Cole is the black pit mix. Sweetest pair ever.

They certainly do look like a couple of sweetiepies!

They look very huggable.

Agree!

They look like they’d be good dogs to snuggle up in the winter with.

We had friends over with their tween daughter–they went nuts over her. Something about these male dogs and a sweet high-pitched female voice. It was an overdose of cute. And Cole is usually standoffish with strangers.

Lucas is giving you stinkeye like you just interrupted an extremely important personal conversation. Paparazzi are such a pain, eh?

He’s a sensitive soul. My wife fumbled the leash Christmas Eve day (a month after we got him, in Montana) and he took off. Came home (and how he knew it was home I have no idea) 12 days later after multiple nights below zero. Heard a little whine when I got up to pee at 3 am. We had of course left food and bedding out all this time, but we had pretty much given up. We live on a pretty busy highway, and no sightings, no body…

He is a free spirit chafing at the bonds of bourgeois domestication and the incessant greedy adoration of his worshipping public, and sometimes just has to break loose and find himself, y’know??

Glad he made it home safe!

@Aspenglow Ahem. :face_with_monocle: We will be needing full particulars, including picture(s), of the new pup P.D.Q.

And, in the spirit of the moment, may I add: “SQUEEEE!” :dog:

LOL, I promise, they’re coming. I did post one pic of him here:

More to come. Probably to the point you’ll all be sick of him.

SQUEE!!!

We MUST have more pictures of the adorable babydog.
