This is Junior. He is very large and very loud and very dumb and he loves me very much. The other night I was watching a movie on the couch and he went to sleep on my head. My neck got sore - he weighs 16 lbs - but I couldn’t move without waking him, so I bravely endured.

Someone got her last parvo shot and her rabies shot. She’s a big girl now.
Unfortunately, she’s wounded now. I swear, she is a massive drama queen.
Simi on a local trail. He loves our walks. Today we passed by a Rottweiler, a Maltese, a Beagle, and a totally wacky doodle Cocker Spaniel. Simi listened to me and we walked by every dog without reacting. He got a treat each time. So good!

These two accompanied us on a two hour horseback ride this morning. Now they’re chilling. We need to get some porch furniture for us humans.

On our family chat on of my brothers posted his pup sleeping in what looked to be a quite uncomfortable position
So another brother responded with his pup doing what it does best ( with his best friend)
We are alas, still without a pup but I have plenty of Captain Snooze on file
Oldest brother out did us all as they have a new member of the house
Who needed some assurance from his new best friend
But finally found a good place to snooze

Chloé got her first haircut today. She looks rather proud.

Ollie was feeling affectionate, and I had to snap a picture of us mid-snuggle.
I didn’t take this next picture, but I find it profoundly hilarious. A guy got a sticker from PETA, and decided to let his cat wear it.
New girl at Casa Silenus. Meet Cheddar.
She’s a 4 month old rescue from the local shelter. The other cats are a bit…wary, but not openly hostile. By tomorrow they’ll be rough-housing.
She’s a beauty! I’ve got a soft spot for ginger tabbies. What a wise, elegant face.
From the look in her eyes, I bet she was about to knead the blanket. Pretty little girl
