Nope. He’s not simply suggesting that the laws are against Christians or in opposition to Christian beliefs.
He is suggesting that the laws are of such a nature as to have originated from or resemble the Antichrist. If anything, the “a” maybe could be capitalized as “Antichrist” is a proper noun. Your hyphen, however, is right out.
As a word “antichristic” does sound a bit awkward to me. I haven’t found any dictionary cite for it, but it gets 271 Google results. There are only 83 results for “antichristal” and 158 for “antichristly” which would be the other options I would think possible.
