Meros and ratty, you are both more than welcome to join us for dinner. The whole reason for having a somewhat regular dinner/gathering is to get together with our fellow Dopers, both those we know and those we haven’t met.
ratty and Meros: By all means come and meet us! That’s half the point of these dinners. Sorry you can’t make it this week but look for the threads in the future. The goal is to do this every two weeks or so.
Doc Not sure where you are coming from but the closest rail line is the Surface Subway Green Line to 36th and Samson. That leaves you a block from the restaurant. Its just a bar restaurant along the lines of a TGIFriday’s No fancy attire required. I will put the reservation under Richard, which is my first name. Chances are Amber or I will be standing outside the entrance with a sign saying Welcome Philly Dopers. Can’t miss it.
Of course if Frank can get you so much the better.

Well, Uncle Max is gone. But, I’m still staying at the folks’ condo til I get it straightened up.

The entrance is on state road. The far side of the condo complex is the Delaware.

Well if you can find your way to 30th st station its just a short hop on the Green Line Westbound to 36th and Samson then down Samson towards 34th. Else I guess we’ll catch you next time.

Well, last night was a great night. DocCathode, Frank, Verrain and I met in front of New Deck at around 6:45, 7:00 (they wouldn’t take reservations, but when we saw Frank and DocC drive by, we put our names in anyway). We’d originally been told 30 minutes, but when the 30 minutes was up, they told us it would be another 40. We adjourned to Mad4Mex instead and were seated in 5 minutes. A good night with good food, good drink and good conversation. And, Frank made a better Fest Sign for us, so the stupid drawn one that I had made for the last one can be appropriately trashed! 
We even managed to talk about the one coming up in two weeks. We were thinking Center City. How does Monks sound to everyone? 6:30 on Friday, April 11th? (My motto, plan early, plan often. ;))

twick, I think it’s at 16th & Spruce rather than 12th and Sansom. The train may still be the better way to go, though. And I’ll hold you to this one.
