I had a great time at the dinner and enjoyed meeting each and every one of you. Really, I mean that. I’m not just being nice in an attempt to get more free stuff. Really. I feel bad that I didn’t chat with Meros, Cleophus, & tdc more but I will make that a priority objective for the next meeting (along with having some good drinks).

I know we have a few people with commitments that will keep them away from the fun that is Philly Dopers, but who else is in? We were talking Fado, correct? I’ll give them a call and make the reservations on Wednesday, so you’ve got until then to make up your mind! The other thing is, did we want to switch the time? I know some people have a little bit of a distance to go, but I don’t know if I time change would be better or if it wouldn’t matter at all. So let me know so I can get a count and give 'em a call.

I was thinking of the possibility of a weekend brunch thing for the week after next, if that was ok with everyone. Otherwise, I’ll look around for anything interesting that I can find. There are a few places here in University City that I’ve been meaning to try (like 2 Goodfellas), so we’ve got a few options.

I’m in the 'burbs (Ambler, Moi!) during the day – and as far as brunch is concerned, I can’t do Saturdays because I have a 1:30 tap class.
But [sub]sniff[/sub] you guys go ahead and have fun without me.
I don’t work in University City (though I do live here), but then again, I’m not working at all. A lunch some day would be great, whenever anyone can get together.
As far as the brunch, we could always do a Sunday one so you wouldn’t be left out, twick.

7 p.m. would mean cat would only be a wee bit late, rather than 30-40 mins late. But I don’t want to see anyone else inconvenienced over us crazy Jersey folk.

7:00 would be fine for me. Besides, by the time most of us get there, we don’t get seated until 7 anyway. So I’ll make the reservation for 7 instead of 6:30, though Verrain and I will probably get there early.
Ok, we’re all set. Unfortunately, I was unable to make the reservations for 7, but I was able to get the usual 6:30. We have a reservation for 9 under “Amber” (caught me off guard, usually I’ll do Cecil Adams). There are two friends of mine and Verrain’s that will be coming, along with the 7 of us strange message board folk. They do know we have a couple people coming late though, so there won’t be a problem of refusing to seat us.
