it’s a speeding unicycle. I use it in my email sig.

of course, in email it doesn’t delete the spacebars. (sigh)

the heck with it. . .
huh? “flood control”? now the MB is telling me I have to wait 60 seconds to post this dismissal?
how odd. . .

Hey… I’m into minimalism!
Yer pal,

I don’t think that the variable spaced font used here on the SDMB lends itself to ASCII art. In fact, I know it doesn’t. Though, if it’s your thing, alt.ascii-art is the place to go
“I guess one person can make a difference, although most of the time they probably shouldn’t.”
hm, alt.ascii-art, great place. Some years ago, I posted asking if anyone could make me a UN logo out of ascii art. No one voluneered. So I did it myself. Then everyone volunteered to tell me how much it did not resemble the UN logo, or anything for that matter.
(sigh) I’m happy with my tiny unicycle. I’m sure the people on the unicycling email list appreciate it, even if the Dopers are denied the pleasure.

FixedSys seems to be the best font for ASCII art. Just doesn’t seem to look quite as nice in other fonts. Even so, I’ll try this one on for size. Not my creation, but it’s still pretty.

sigh Well it was a nice try. This is what I was trying to paste.
This might come out disastrously, but this was my usenet sig:

The porcupine was my one and only effort in this line. And I have a terrible feeling it looks more like a rocket with quills.

From download.com you can get many programs that take a GIF picture & turn it into ASCII! Pretty spiffy. Too big to post here porbably.
