Pinball LED burnout

I have a pinball machine at home.

Pinbot.

I love this damn thing, but one of the displays blew out.

It’s not one of the scoring displays, it’s the one that shows the number of credits/balls left and that rotates through numbers after a game to give you a “match”

I checked a couple of websites, and it doesn’t look like they make a replacement.

Does anybody know how I can fix it, or send it off to get it fixed, or know a place where I can get the part?

Here’s a few good tips. Don’t panic too quickly, when my friend’s KISS pinball machine’s score display blew out all it took to repair it was two-dollar fuse.
