Piss or Pee?

I think you meant: onomatopoeia

urinate

 Thanks for the thought

Well, let’s not rule out the latter, shall we?

I’m a guy and I pee.

I’m a woman, and I usually piss.

Sometimes, I take a leak, have a squat (when in the bush), hang a leak, and I even once did a “gash slash”, but I try to forget that night

I never pee.

Pee in front of children or my parents, piss for all other occasions. But I usually “take a leak”.

Oh Pissoff !!!

pee
peepee
piss
void
weewee
wizz
tinkle
drain the dragon
leak the lizard

take your pick

I usually have to “piss like a racehorse” [sub]I have no idea what that means or where I got it from, but I say it anyway[/sub]

Pee is the act. Piss is the result. YMMV.

You’re not originally from Brazil are you? This is exactly what my kids use (thanks to their Brazilian mother). Although as an adult I prefer to “migar”.

And in the States I micturate:D

waz

And in Germany I go pinkeln, and here I go plassen. Man, I don’t know how my bladder even works anymore with all that confusion.

I “go to the bathroom.” I don’t think the people around me need or want to know what I’m going to do there.

Roadwalker reminds me, I was raised with “shoo-shoo”, the verb being “shoo-shoo karna” (in Urdu) or “to go shoo-shoo.” That’s how my mom referred to our urinating even in notes to the babysitter.

See a man about a horse.

I say wee. I usually only say pee or piss if I’m talking to someone on SDMB because it’s more likely to be the word most Dopers would use.

I almost always say “piss” when I’m talking to someone I know, but on the SDMB I’ll use the word “pee”, as in “I pee in the sink” or “I pee in the pool.”

Using the word “piss” on a public message just seems ill-mannered to me.

like Dead0Man, I usually take a leak.
Sometimes, I do as NutMagnet and piss like a racehorse. Usually “piss like an Iraqi racehorse” One of my friends threw the “Iraqi” bit in in high school, nobody knows where he came from with it, but I like it.
