already fixed as above
The phrase you are stumbling for is “The situation is resolved. Thank you for taking the time to help me”.
Yeah, I’ve gotta say, Bosda, it’s pretty poor form, when people come in offering all sorts of solutions to a problem you’ve got, to then not even take the time to thank them for their efforts. And this is something you should do whether the advice they give actually helps you or not. And it’s particularly something you should do when your own “diagnosis” of the problem was clearly misinformed in the first place.
Quite frankly, someone in 2019 who blames his browser for a problem without even checking the site on an alternative browser has no business getting all huffy and dismissive. When something won’t work for me on the internet, literally the first thing I do is look to make sure that I’m not suffering a service outage, and the next thing I do is try to load the page in another browser, like Chrome or Edge.
And if I were too dull-witted or stupid or pig-headed to do those things, I like to think, at the very least, that I’d thank all the people who took the time to offer me some advice and assistance. If only because showing a little gratitude might encourage them to help me again the next time I demonstrate my ignorance.
I’m sorry, you are quite correct.
My manners were poor.
Thank you all, very much.
