as for Goth music, do you ever listen to Rosetta Stone, Dead or Alive (before “you spin me round”, Adam and the Ants (early stuff, 79-82) Kate Bush? Believe me, they are so much better than Manson. he just tries to sell to a demographic.

Not as in the sense as Goth is known at the minute, but back when they first came out they were admired by the Goths. A lot of Adam Ants eary stuff was dark, like Beat my Guest, and Whip in my Valaise.
Then again, the Goth culture was different then. There wasnt any pretentiousness like there is at the moment.
