No, you’re not. You are claiming that someone with no criminal history is a criminal. The others, in this case, being the police and other authorities that determined that Zimmerman had no case to answer in any of those historical events.
If that attitude is widespread, he could practically go on an unstoppable killing spree, as it would be reasonable for him to fear that any stranger approaching him was going to kill him.

No, we don’t know that Martin “went out if his way to attack” Zimmerman or that he even attacked him. We know they had a fight and at one point Martin seemed to have the upper hand, but no evidence, other than word of paranoid, racist liar with a history of violence, that Trayvon “attacked” him.
