Priya is considering taking a local job. She is going to tell Leonard that she can only do that if she gets a commitment from him: “If you want me to stay we have to get married and you have to give up all your little boy ways.” Cliffhanger is what he answers which will of course be a realization that he does not love Priya. She goes back to India.
Shamy? Oh be real. Holding his hand did nothing for Amy and she actually has an awareness of sexual desire.
Howard and Bernadette? After their brief attempt at living together ended with her kicking him out? He could propose in desperation if she starts expressing some interest in someone else but no way that she would say yes until he does something to show he is ready give up on Shabbos Wheel of Fortune.
Well, I enjoyed the episode a lot even after having seen the thread, and guessing that Howard/Bernadette were the odds on favorite. Mostly, Shamy playing games with meme theory was a lot of fun, and Priya’s actually starting to grow on me as a character, especially because of how she reacted to the ‘Raj/Clarinet’ thing.
Fine episode. I love to hear Sheldon talk about his parents, and his scenes with Amy were really well written.
After seeing this episode, I think that Howard is straight and Raj is gay. I hope some future season has him coming out of the closet, whih will cure his inability to talk to women.
I think this was a good episode. I hate to admit this but I really like Mayim Bialik in this role. She does a really good job.
She and Sheldon interact quite well. Howard will probably have a long engagement which I would rather have, as I miss the old creepy Howard that was always perving on the women.
I do think it’s about time they did something with Raj and his “I can’t talk to women unless I drink thing.” It was a very limited joke to begin with and especially since he has a highly educated group of friends, they should be able to get him some help for his phobia by now.
Now is the time to bring back Leslie Winkle for a few episodes to stir things up with Leonard and to mix it up with Sheldon. It’d be interesting to see her Amy interact, as Leslie was one of the few to consistently take Sheldon down with her intelligence. It would put Amy in the position of having to respect her intelligence yet defend Sheldon
I thought she was really quite terrible in her first appearance, but has gradually become better and is now quite good.
Yes, she does a god job of curbing his excessive dickishness.
Lately they seem to have sidestepped the issue by simply having him always holding a drink.
It’s always great to see Sara Gilbert, and it would be fun to see Leslie interact with Amy. I wonder if Sara is too busy now with her producing and hosting The Talk though.
I loved this episode. laughted many times. character-driven, involved all the cast, set up future developments. loved it. and Brian Greene at the beginning - a hoot.
