Thanks!
I tried to cheat and use the SoundHound music identification app for you, but it came up empty.
But here’s a direct link to the time you specified, which for future reference, you can access by right-clicking on the video and selecting “Copy video URL at the current time” so that people don’t have to bother with fast-forwarding.
Thanks. I’ve been listening to it and am now pretty sure it’s one of Enya’s works, possibly from LotR, but I still haven’t nailed down the title or the lyrics.
If it were something from Enya, I would have expected SoundHound to identify it. My WAG is that it’s something produced by a much more obscure/unknown/amateur artist, which by my rookie ear, sounds to be fully synthesized electronically, but I didn’t listen to the whole thing, and I could be wrong about that. The generic sounding song titles in the two links provided in youtube’s “more info” section seem to support that. I didn’t try listening to the song samples in the Amazon link, but it might even be one of them, if you’re more willing than me to listen to them.
It’s definitely Enya, but a cover. Trying to narrow it down.
Here it is. Athair Ar Neamh
Thank you!
