Should be easy for anybody who knows much about music… this is a very familiar tune, like a 60’s spyflick sort of thing, but I’ve never been able to identify it. And now, because of this risqué magic act, I’ll never be able to forget it.

I think it is a movement in the theme music for the Pink Panther, written by Mancini. I recall hearing it, especially, in the animated version.
It is the Pink Panther Theme.
The performer is Ursula Martinez and she calls the piece “Hanky Panky”. 
She does have a website.

It was used in the animated show for the Inspector episodes, as opposed to the Pink Panther episodes which used the more familiar movie theme.
