Its thousands of years in the future and Humankind has started looking to the stars.
We have found a many many planets, none of which are directly suitable for colonization but there are hundreds that could be terraformed to make them suitable. However all those that are suitable already have single celled life that will be destroyed by our terraforming efforts. So far we have found no multicellular life outside of earth.
