Long winded personal context ahead; feel free to sip this entirely if that bothers you.
I have a mobile plan that limits me to one GB of data a month for $20. (Xfinity Mobile, so I probably get a discount for having them for home internet too.) If I get an overage, it’s another $20 for another gigabyte.
The vast, vast majority of the time, I use less than one GB a month, sometimes significantly; I use WiFi for the rest of the time, and my most regular data usage is a half hour bus commute. But this comes at a cost of vigilance; I have shut off cell data for most apps and games I have, and I have content blockers on my web browser to avoid video. But even that’s not a total guarantee; last year, I got 5 GB of data used out of the blue in one afternoon; I still have no idea how it happened.
I’ve found another plan with the same carrier that’s unlimited (with speed limits after a certain amount of data) for $10 more a month. An unlimited plan would be kinda nice for peace of mind and the VERY rare times I’m out of WiFi range for an extended period of time or rare heavy usage. However, I’m cheap, and hate spending unnecessary money, even if I can afford to (which I can, at least right now). My phone usage habits would change with unlimited data, but not in a way that feels significant or important to me.
If you were me, would you switch plans?
Yes
No
I know of an even better option than the two presented, even if I break a bundle (PLEASE tell me in the discussion thread!)
Do you find vacations relaxing?
Note: I am certain that most of us could answer “it depends on the type of vacation”. Let us stipulate that notion and answer from a generally-speaking perspective.

For the past several years the greater Sacramento area has had something called the Big Day of Giving, a day when everyone is encouraged to donate or volunteer their time to a local charity (or charities) of their choosing.

If you answered yes to the first poll, is that day May 7 this year?
If you were waffling between “I’m an American and I could identify all fifty state outlines” and “I’m an American and I could identify at least forty state outlines” in the previous US states poll, was it because you couldn’t be sure you’d be able to differentiate between the outlines of Colorado and Wyoming?
Yes
It wasn’t, but now I’m rethinking my answer
No, my keen eye always knows the difference even in outline
You MUST do one of the following. This is all the information you get about details before making a decision. Which do you choose?
Work the dirtiest job at a sewage treatment facility for a month
Do farm work in the same conditions as a migrant laborer in California for three weeks
Livestream for 24 consecutive hours for 1000 random viewers, doing whatever they ask in chat that doesn’t cause you lasting harm; the world is also watching
Co-sign a home loan for a stranger who seems nice
Do two weeks in gen pop of your area’s largest state-level prison
Permanently cut off the person you personally care about most in as vicious and cruel a way as possible (if none is alive, the past changes so you already did)
Be prevented from using anything that could reasonably be considered personal computers/devices or the internet in any way for seven months
Be the completely obedient sexual plaything of the current president of the United States for two full nights
A random limb (among arms and legs) is painlessly and immediately amputated
I’m in the market for a new place, and so far the best option is on a street called “Gallows Tree.” I’m hesitant about the “hanging tree” meaning (and the associated racist overtone), and am frankly a little surprised that some 1990s planner picked that name. I feel like I’d be self-conscious whenever I had to provide my address. Still, it’s a good house at a good price in a good location…and it’s just a street name. Would you live on a street with a horrible name, for the right home?
