The town of Gilroy, California calls itself the “Garlic Capital of the World” (Although I hear Fresno is also trying to claim the “Garlic Capital” title). Every summer they they hold a Garlic Festival, which of course includes a lot of garlicky foods, and one staple of the festival is garlic ice cream.

Would you be willing to try garlic ice cream?
