Progress is slow, but it’s still progress.
I fondly but rather sheepishly recall tearing a strip out of Polycarp about 2 years ago. Then a lady named dogsbody responded to his defence, and made a very unflattering comment about me. 
In retrospect I can’t imagine ever saying what I said to** Polycarp**. Its like looking at clothing of the seventies. Did I actually wear that stuff?
Hm. I’d forgotten that thread completely, g - the only place I remember butting heads with you was in the pit bulls thread.

Reading** SisterCoyote’s** response just now, I note that we have exactly the same post count, 916. Neat.
I was amused by the stories recalling that thread, not least because of who it was who argued with grienspace – but, Sister Coyote, I’m bound to point out that grienspace has forged ahead in the race.
(And may I urge on you both the “post count party” style of a thoughtful credo-giving OP to celebrate that I founded and Spritle promoted when you each hit 1,000?)
