actually happened.
There’s a fine line between when it’s OK to bump an ancient thread and when it really should be done via a new thread and link. We’re less fussy about “zombie threads” in Cafe Society: see Forum Rules and note Post #11.
In this case, I think it’s a new discussion rather than a continuation of the old discussion, so I’ve split it off as a new thread with a link to the old discussion.
(I’m not recording this as an error on your part, Tuckerfan, it’s a fine line… I just think you’ll get better responses with a new thread, new thread title, and new discussion.)
So it’s no longer a zombie thread, but is now headless…? Spooky. 
I see that back in 2002 the OP was speculating on how the as-yet unreleased Episode 3 might suck, but after MonkeyMule’s post, I’m starting to wonder how Lucas will re-edit Episode 3 to retcon crap he introduces in Episode 7.
Speculation: Mark Hamill will be using Grecian Formula for his hair when he plays the older Luke Skywalker, so Lucas will need to digitally darken Luke’s hair in 4-6 as well as re-film the final scene in #3 with a darker-haired baby.
One should note that the 30th Anniversary Fan Celebration (commemorating the release of the original SW back in '77) is this weekend in LA. I got comped a free pass for the day (an industry pass) so I’ll be dropping by on Saturday to wander around a bit (since I’m already going to be visiting SoCal for the holiday).
Anyone else going?
