There’s an article on how to approach women as one of the lead links on Yahoo right now Article here.
So it has some inane list of ten things to do when approaching women. Anyway, it talks about opening with a humorous remark to establish a friendly rapport. So far, so good. The example humorous line they use?
“I hope you saved some tuna for me”
OK, I guess you had to have been there. But the funnier thing is that they show that line again out in the right margin, like you see in other articles where they highlight some quote within the article.
They had to know; they just had to…
uhh … it says “turkey” - not tuna.
OMG, they changed it! I know this because I actually cut and paste that quote from the article when I posted it before. BWAHAHAHAHA! That’s too funny.
Hey, it worked for Gigli.
That article got a rating of 4.5 stars out of 5 from the voting? No wonder people on the Yahoo Personals can’t get laid.
I mean Jesus, that was bad. Even assuming that he wasn’t trying to pull off some vulgar pun with tuna, you might as well pull a Napoleon Dynamite and declare, “Are you drinking 1% milk because you think your fat? Cause you’re not you know. You could drink whole milk if you wanted to.”
