Seriously, there should be an exception for certain milestones. 10K is one of them. How many other people have “wasted” that much of their life at this place? 
Congratulations! Thinking back on how much time and effort my mere 700-odd posts has cost me in terms of lost work and general wasted time, I can barely imagine how little you’ve gotten done since you signed on here.
I thought PcPs where those where it was a ‘party’ with the purpose of increasing post counts.

It’s human nature to make a big deal of milestones or counts reaching big round numbers, even if the thing being counted is meaningless. I won’t bump this thread myself, so I’ll say thanks now to all those who have and may congratulate me on managing to reach a big round number.
