The only Doper whoever really irritated me got banned several months ago. I rarely let posters and their habits get to me.
There’s only one or two that irritate me (funnily enough, both are female!)
OK, the posters that least irritate me (my favourite posters, in other words ;)) Some of them I haven’t seen around for a while
MrVisible
clairobscur
Scylla
SPOOFE
welby
Fenris
robertliguori
catsix
That’s enough for now
Oh, jarbabyj
HE, would LOVE a kidney…
If I didn’t already have 2!
lieu, you are part of what makes that ‘company’ great!
You as well Shirley Ujest, you two have given me many good laughs and countless threads that make MY day!
It’s the least I could do!
Lessee, some names off the top of my head…
Well, most everybody doesn’t bother me, with the exception of that antagonist (long since banned) in the middle of that Pat Robertson thread that made the baby hamsters cry, rendering that upgrade in November virtually worthless for a time.
Some notables include:
Flamsterette_X – because her name reminds me of a ‘flam’, a very useful drum rudiment played thusly: [sub]R[/sub]L …[sub]L[/sub]R;
jinwicked – I enjoy reading her journal and browsing her site, and I do hope her hiatus is short yet effective;
Eutychus – I enjoy his Disney site;
Fenris – He said something funny in that ‘Little Drummer Boy’ thread around Christmas;
SPOOFE – I learned some very good life-lessons from him;
Tripler – I like his sigs after every post;
That guy who eats a ton of Turtle Tracks ice cream – Someone please correct me;
I could probably recall a hundred more ‘non-irritant’ posters just as easily, but it would be almost repetitious.
I can’t argue with any of your lists.
To be honest, both Flamsterette_X and Ryan_Liam irritated me a bit when they each started posting, but they don’t any more. Flamie sttled down good, and Ryan has graduated to “occasionally annoying.” I figure he’s getting better, so I should cut him some slack.
Now if you will all excuse me, welby and I have to go get some soft ice cream, because there’s a really cute girl who works the counter at the Tasty Freeze[sup]TM[/sup], and she seems to like us. She doesn’t spit on us or anything, at least.
I can’t believe that Eve has ever irritated anybody. She’s elegant. That’s a huge complement from an engineer.
Nobody likes me?
I do, if that’s any help.
asterion doesn’t irritate me.
Hell, I irritate myself.
That ROOVES fellow is MY favorite.
Qadgop the Mercotan is the epitome of nonirritation.
Mockingbird doesn’t irritate me. I watch others get upset by him but he makes me giggle.
Yeah, * I’m * Lissa! (The annoying one.)

Wha’? Thanks but… wha’?! I’ve never been named in one of these threads except by other Trek Dopers. WHA’?!. Unless you’re a closet Trekkie (not that there’s anything wrong with that) how do you know who I am?
I’m bamfoozled.
Why does everyone say that? If it’s not that, it’s a hamster or something having to do with flames or fire. Cheh.
(note for the humor-impaired: I’m joking, thus why I included the smiley)
Exgineer, thanks for your honesty…

Aesiron: I am definitely not a closet Trekkie. Not that there’s anything wrong with being a Trekkie (closet or otherwise), but never watched too much of it. The reason I know who you are? For some reason, I like ya name. (and since I never read the Trek posts / threads on this forum, you wouldn’t irritate me :D) Not that there’s anuything irritating about Star Trek… I’m kinda neutral towards it.

I’m proud to say that none of the posters here on the fabulous Straight Dope Message Boards irritate me.
Some of the threads, however, irritate me.
Like this one.
I’m leaving now.
I do. In fact, you were next on the list, but I couldn’t think of a tag about you at the moment, and I said, “Ah, well. Good stopping place as any.”.
They do? Odd. You know a lot of drummers?
Oh, and I meant Sauron in lieu (ha!) of That guy who eats all that Turtle Tracks ice cream…
Thanks for liking my name, Flamsterette. I’m quite proud of it myself. Still not sure how you’ve seen it since you don’t read my words of wisdom in the various Enterprise threads though.
By the way, Joe K, you mean asterion, not Aesiron. I was trying to figure out where I’d asked that and had to Ctrl-F it to find out that I hadn’t.
