Reportedly, Cote de Pablo is leaving NCIS after this season, but she will film enough episodes to close out her story arc on the show (I guess that means they won’t just kill her off, like they did Sasha).
Will she go back to Israel to head Mossad?
Will she get married?
To Tony? No, that would leave her in the show.
Maybe she’ll get married to Col. Mann (now that they can consummate their obvious infatuation)*
Will she become an independent operative, to go after those evil-doers beyond the reach of American law and justice?

I imagine she’ll be held up in customs following a foreign mission and end up kicked out of the country for “supposedly” holding a US passport and still inevitably show herself completely incapable of comprehending even simple English phrases. I can almost picture it:
“Who the hell doesn’t know the word redneck? Have you never heard of the Discovery channel?”
I’ll bet she and Tony have at least one instance of parting-is-such-sweet-sorrow sex before she leaves.
Maybe she’ll have to go into the witness protection program for some reason where she’ll meet up with ADA Alexandra Cabot and they’ll have a TV show opposite Rizzoli & Isles.
Ziva gets into a disfiguring accident; her face will be hidden in bandages. After weeks in the ICU the bandages will be removed to reveal…Sasha Alexander and the new Ziva.
She’ll be asked to leave NCIS because of the Ilan Bodnar thing. At least, I hope it’s something relatively straightforward like that. Kate and Director Shepard were both shot and Paula Cassidy was blown up, so they’ve already been there, done that. Time for a different flavor.
I wasn’t a big Ziva/Tiva fan, and the departure of Mark Harmon or Michael Weatherly would be the only things that would make me instantly stop watching, but I’m not a big fan of this move.
