I think that they are not only reasonable, but almost neccesary in today’s society. I think that (I am not sure if this is possible or not) it should say that all or any assets are yours (the couple’s) collectively, until seperation or divorce occurs. When this does, the funds are divided up into “I made $120,000 a year for the last 6 years, $720,000 is mine” type of thing, while splitting bills and mortgage payments between the two of you. As far as custody goes (if kids are something you thikn you want) then I, being the product of divorced parents, like the idea of split custody. I live with one of my parents, and every other weekend I go stay with the other for that weekend. Also, on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s I would go ee my dad until hemoved 2 hours away.
