Pretty girls and vulgarity (Jessica Simpson inspired)

Question for the guys:

Jessica Simpson. Gorgeous, gorgeous woman. Stunningly yummy. (If you don’t agree or don’t know her, subsitute your own gorgeous yummy gal.)

But she just loves to fart and laugh and announce to everyone that she needs to poop.

Does this reduce her appeal, increase her appeal, or have no effect either way?

Definately detracts from the whole package, but with a girl as dumb as she apparently is, I’d have no desire to have anything more with her than a few hours in a dark room.

I have a female friend who is smart, pretty and alot of fun to be around, but she likes to pick her nose now and then, and lets loose a burp fairly often. She also likes to let me know when its her time of the month.

The nose picking makes me a little more comfortable around her, cause she’s not perfect. The burping is endearing, since her burps are tiny and she tries to make a big deal out of them. The constant update on her menstrual cycle… well, thats just too much.

Some things reduce the attraction, some don’t, and some can be cute. With a girl like Jessica Simpson, its better if she just shuts up and looks pretty. There’s nothing to that box but the pretty packaging.

Well, Jessica Simpson is as dumb as a post, so it’d detract from her few good qualities (both the ones on her chest).

That said, I respect a girl who can let out a belch and not act like she committed a cardinal sin. I’ll even applaud if it’s one of those “itty bitty girl lets out a mighty, thunderclap of the gods”-level burp. I don’t mind farting and nose-picking (as long as it’s not TOO frequent), because then she can’t complain when you do it.

What really annoys me is those girls who make a big deal out of not belching/farting/nose-picking. You know, they need to burp and they cover their mouths, bulge out their cheeks, look all embarassed…JUST BURP!

Just as long as she doesn’t sit around all weekend in her underwear, scratching herself. That’s my job.

Well, if one belches, then one should simply say, “Excuse me.” Everyone belches.

I think it’s the WAY she does it. When you’re among very close friends, fart jokes and such can be amusing. But out in public, or, on national TV, is just…ugh.

And I HATE that “drop the kids off at the pool” expression. Yuck!

I’ve never been able to watch the show for more than thirty seconds, but in general a girl who acts like one of my bar buddies gets treated like one. In other words, I don’t want anything more from her than a pool partner.

Taken too far, “down to earth” becomes “acting like a pig”. The former can be appealing, the latter usually isn’t.

I’ve never seen Jessica Simpson, so I can’t comment on that particular case.

I, for one, do not find belching and farting to be amusing.

Natural as they are, they should done out of the view of others whenever possible. But that’s just me.

Her stupidity far outweighs her grossness in the detraction of her attractiveness.
