Just me, or did tonights Ep actually ‘wake up’ and remember how good the past two seasons have been? We aren’t back to what the show used to be, but we are getting back there, I think.

Very little action, but a lot of charcter development. I like the guy the bearded Mahone is becoming. Belleck is finally getting his cajones back. The best scene was the one between Schofield and T-Bag (paraphrased):
This is Panama. It’s a religious country. I don’t think they appreciate rapists and pedophiles here. You want to test that theory?

Still no Sara. The actress recently gave birth, and I guess is still recovering.
So, anyone want to guess what was in the box?

No question it’s a body part, there was blood clearly visible seeping out from the corner of the box. I’m guessing it’s the kid’s hand or finger. After all, it was Linc who violated company orders and tried to do the rescue, so striking back by cutting off something of Sara’s wouldn’t make much sense.
That was an awfully big box for a hand or finger.
It’s possible they are writing Sara out of the script. I don’t think so, based on the pre-season stuff I’ve read, but you never know. She’s a new mother and might not be able to devote the time actors and actresses put in during filming.
There’s speculation on other websites that it might be Sara’s head. Linc won’t tell Michael she is dead for LJ’s sake. Michael would give up the escape plan if Sara is dead, but Linc still has to get LJ freed.
That would be an interesting story line.
Maybe it’s a super-size can of Plot Spackle tm that they can use to patch all the enormous plot holes the writers have created.

Oooh, interesting hypothesis. I was going to say Sarah’s head because whatever it was it was bigger than a finger or hand-- I could see just a smidgen of it on freeze frame. Having it be the GF would be a good fake.
Of course, if it’s an appendage that’s been severed, that’ll require Scofield to bust out T-Bag since he’s the one with expertise in re-attaching severed limbs.
The other possibility is that Sucre is no longer with us.
However, as these people know Lincoln’s history, and to close one final thread from last season, having C-Notes head in there would put an exclamation point on his story, tell Lincoln they mean business without hurting the assets they are using against him, and not intrude on the returning actors work for the season.

I’m guessing somebody’s hand*, but Whistler’s girlfriend’s head did cross my mind, too.
In other news… Have Mahone and T-Bag ever interracted in season 2? I still haven’t seen them together in Sona.

As an aside, season 1 of Prison Break is being shown in Cuban TV. It’s on at 12:30 midnight most days, and it is really popular. It sounds, from what friends and family tell me, like the show is not censored much, probably because it does not portray US society in a very nice light. It is so popular that many, many people, are showing up late for work due to the late hour.
In any case, given what I know if how the Cuban government operates, it is almost certainly being shown as a pirated version.
TV Guide for the week of October 8-14 has a nice little magazine insert about the new season of Prison Break. Mines came in the mail yesterday.
I watched a stream of this episode, so the quality wasn’t perfect However, when linc was approaching the box I was wondering who’s head/hand/finger was in it, then I thought I saw a look of relief on his face before it cut to closing credits.
So with that in mind im going for either a live kitten in the box or some escape tools.
