Just a heads up to set your VCRs, TiVos, or, you know, plan to actually watch it.
I’ve got the DVR set up to record it, but I’ll probably watch it live so I won’t have to wait! I sure have missed “Prison Break” during the last few weeks. I haven’t found most of this season’s network premieres to be very compelling, and it’s good to have one show that just keeps rolling along at a relentless pace.
We still have a half hour to go before it’s on here on the West Coast, but I’m looking forward to finding out what Sucre’s up to. Steal the money? Turn everyone in and hope for leniency? Just don’t surrender to Mahone!
Oh, that crafty T-Bag! Suspecting the switch and pulling the double-switch. And I have to confess I didn’t see the Sucre thing coming. Well played, PB, well played! But can one fit $5 million in $100s into a single duffel?
I was bitterly disappointed that Sucre didn’t drown and need Michael to give him some mouth-to-mouth.
Linc’s obviously picked up an IQ point or two from Michael. Made a plan that actually worked. Good for him. Maybe next year he’ll get tie shoes.
Heh. The entire time I kept telling my roommate “this better pay off with some some mouth to mouth keep him alive while he’s trapped underwater” action. Alas. He’s off to find his wife again. Can’t she just go away??
I’m a bit disappointed Mohone is in with the other bad people.
No Haywire adventures this week. Bummer. Hope he finds Holland.
T-Bag getting the cash and Linc’s plan to get together with his son were the surprises of the episode.
After Michael saved Sucre, it was really mean of Sucre to bail out on him. And then Michael buys him a car.
I think Mohone is being set up to switch sides late season.
Why is it that everything Michael puts on a cap nobody recognizes him. The man is drop dead gorgeous and nobody notices?
That cap is a disguise on a level with Clark Kent’s glasses.
You just answered your own question.
The cap has hypnotic powers?
That’s Superhypnosis®.
:: involuntary shudder ::
Worst superhero disguise explanation ever. Which makes it my very favorite superhero disguise explanation ever. I wish I still had that issue.
Is that the “Clark appears as a balding pudgy man while wearing the glasses” explanation? I like that one too.
I missed two episodes and watched this one and it seemed to pick up not too far after the last one I saw. Did nothing really happen for a couple of weeks?
John Hurt’s character’s death and kid getting murdered by Mahone are pretty big deals I guess but man… they were in that house for like 4 weeks worth of episodes?
It’s the “he appears as a frail balding man because his glasses hypnotize people and the glasses work in photographs and TV cameras” explanation.
The show’s been in repeats the last couple of weeks. You didn’t miss anything. The last new ep ended with Sucre holding the gun on them.
Does anyone else smell a "24"esque ending with Michael and/or Linc in a face to face confrontation with the President?
That would be John Heard. John Hurt is English and was in Alien.
And I think the simple answer to The Magic Cap is that Michael’s Fox River mug shot is probably not-representative of his Blue Steel Magnetism, so nobody seeing him in the flesh would make the connection.
Great Ep!
Unsupported observation:
Shows with eye candy for women and action for men seem to cross over gender lines better than the inverse.
Face to face? How will they get close enough to her? They’ll put on baseball caps and walk through White House security?
