Didn’t it seem like the writers contrived a way to get Michael into prison? I mean, so what if they shot Kim? He had them at gunpoint, right? Sure, they would need to explain the boat, $4.5Mil., and what they were all doing there, but murder? I see self defense…
Yes, it was self defense.
When Kim showed up at the boat he said “the police are on the way.” I assume he called them and identified himself as a law enforcement agent of some kind. Then he got shot in the back, so I don’t think the Mexican authorities would be very sympathetic to the self-defense plea.
I’m surprised at how quickly they took a statement from and then released Sarah.
I wonder if they recovered the money from the water, it floated away before they found it, or Linc went back and fished it out of the ocean?
