Good Lord! This site was linked to Google news the other day. (I can’t get enough of Google news). I’ve read their forum with a sort of car crash fascination. These people are lunatics!

But did you take the time to review the site? Perhaps learning a bit more from those you may have a strong disagreement might offer insight as to why they think they way they do. In the end, you still do not have to agree with the opinions raised.
Way to go Duckster. Maybe if people would stop letting their emotions dismiss things outright, there would be far more understanding.
Reminds me of any shady pro-Taliban or anti-American news site: vague reports of American war dead. For instance, their claim that eight American soldiers were recently killed.

That’s silly. From the perspective of a lunatic, a sane person could be the crazy one. That doesn’t mean the lunatic is correct in his assessment.
I’m rather glad I share Ladydisco’s perspective. I seek to understand the Taliban’s perspective only so I can better understand what must be done to wipe them out and what steps need to be taken to prevent the creation of any new ones.
While the ‘alternative’ news sources on the main page of the site are interesting/questionable, it’s the forums (message board) that really gave me the :eek:.

Are you talking about the Bird of Prey? What makes you think that article is incorrect? Here is a Popular Science article on the aircraft, and it gives the Klingon story. And, you can’t distrust an entire site from one article, anyway.
Yes, I reviewed the site. After checking out the message boards, I concluded that those animals should be put down like rabid dogs. All of them.
What the hell? I must have checked a different forum- the threads I saw didn’t seem too far off the mark from the sort of discussions we have around here, eg; “Was 9/11 a legitimate expression of jihad? Consensus: No, absolutely not.”
