What is the proper forum for a thread that will (hopefully) generate many questions as to whether certain actions are possible? There would also be some actual events cited for comparison to the speculative acts. General , IMHO, or MPSIMS?
Sounds like you’re saying ‘what do you think would happen if…?’, in which case, I’d go for IMHO.
However, if it’s likely to generate lively debate (‘What will happen if Kerry gets elected?’), maybe GD would be better.
