Grass, generally.

Depends on the stranger.

Reward for success, and equally important: consequence for failuer.

No.

Yes.

Probably the stir-fry with rice that I had last night, for several reasons. I love rice, I didn’t have to cook it, and my sister was over to share supper with my wife and I.

I sleep fine on my own, but I don’t get enough sleep. I’m always tired.

Talent. The job I do is basically everything that isn’t handled by someone else. As a result, there are frequent cases where creative problem solving saved my bacon.

No, I have the utmost respect for police. They have a very stressful and sometimes very dangerous job. I do understand that they are people who can make mistakes, too. Both my gramma and grandpa were deputy sherrifs for many years. I grew up around the jailhouse and the other deputies. They were just folks.

I don’t care for rewards much, so I would guess just distribution of wealth.

Nope. It’s a corded trackball.

Yes. My favorite thing to shoot was my cousin’s single shot bolt-action .22 rifle that was left to him by his grandfather. I was really cool. I’ve also shot a .22 pistol and a 30-06 (which made my wrists hurt a lot - I guess I have weak wrists.

This one is a bit difficult. I would probably watch the documentary to see what points it made. I try to always keep an open mind, and if an argument is compelling enough, I will change sides. If the documentary is saying things that were obviously false, I would turn it off, and be quite angry. I don’t like to be manipulated with lies, and I don’t like it when others are, either.

Yes, absolutely. I don’t want much from life at all, and I think that I will have all that I need.

Depends if I’m awake or not. If it wakes me up, I will be a bit peeved. If I’m already awake, and it’s joyful or play barking, it will make me happy. If it’s angry or aggressive barking, I would not like it.

Yes, of course. If I hated something every day, I think there would be something very, very wrong with my life. I try to keep a very even temper. I can’t remember the last time I hated something in the past 10 years or so. I’m often made sad by things, though.

Last Saturday.

I went out shopping and to dinner with my sister, my wife, my aunt and two cousins, two neices (2 & 4 years old) and my nephew (5 yrs old). It was a lovely, happy time. I love spending time with my family, it makes me happy.

1. Do you have a comfort zone? (a globe around your center of gravity which, if a stranger violates, you feel uncomfortable)
Yes, I don’t particularly like strangers coming really close to me unless I feel some sort of friendship-connection with them or something, which happens sometimes.

2. Roughly what is it’s radius? (assuming you have one)
They can get pretty close before it starts to bug me. I’d say 1.5 feet or so. Unless they’re giving off a creepy vibe then I’d rather not have them near me at all. Friends can get as close as they please. I’m a friendly person.

3. What is your vice?
Food

4. Do you fear death?
Not at all. Death is nothingness. How can your fear nothing, when you’re not even going to be around to think about it anyway?

5. What, if anything, pissed you off today?
The fact that I thought I had to work today but found out that I don’t, so I got up early and got all dressed and ready for nothing.

6. What meal did you enjoy the most in the last 7 days?
The local Chinese buffett. Best Chinese food ever.

7. Which do you prefer walking on - Grass or Sand?
Both are pleasing, but I’ll say sand because I’m in Kansas and don’t get to walk in sand very often.

8. Do you appreciate very brief eye-contact with complete strangers, or do you dislike it?
I like it. Especially if it’s a cute guy! I usually try to flash them my winning smile :).

9. Do you sleep like a baby, or do you need an aid for sleep?
I don’t use a sleep aid, but I sleep like crap. Takes me forever to fall asleep, and I wake up multiple times during the night, and each time I wake up it takes me forever to fall back asleep.

10. What’s more valuable to you in your company (where you work) - Experience or Talent?
Well, I work at Wal-Mart. I’d say none of the above, but the ability to be brainwashed will get you pretty far.

11. Do you respect Beat-bobbies (street-based law enforcers, uniformed police) or do you consider them part of a facist system?
Yes, I respect them. I think they’re around for a very good reason.

12. What is more important to you - Distribution of wealth, or reward of success?
Reward of success. People who do a better job should be rewarded thusly.

13. Does your mouse contain batteries?
Nope, it’s just a crappy Dell mouse that plugs into the computer.

14. Have you ever used a gun?
Many, many times. My dad’s a big time hunter and has about 30 guns, and I used to hunt with him quite often.

15. Do you turn off a documentary if it is contrary to your beliefs, or do you make a note of watching it for the purpose of recconosance?
I hardly ever watch TV so I’m not sure.

16. Are you satisfied with what you suspect your future holds?
I have no idea what my future holds. Maybe if I would hurry up and pick a major I’d figure it out.

17. Does dog barking disturb you in the morning?
Yeah, especially when it’s MY dog!

18. Can you get through a whole day without feeling hate towards something or someone?
I rarely have feelings of hatred.

19. When was the last time you last felt something you would satisfactorily compare with euphoria?
I have no idea. I don’t get super emotional about very many things.

20. What caused it?
See above.
