Now, when I realized I’d missed the penultimate episode, my daughter found it for me on surfthechannel.com or hulu.com or one of those. So, the last three may be gone from your Rat Bastard DVD (do you think ABC deleted them out of spite?) but you’ll be able to find them online.
Our DVR (for some unknown and frustrating reason) refused to record the series finale on Saturday. Supervenusfreak and I watched it on the ABC website.
Just watched the finale last night.
Sigh.
This is one of the few shows I make sure to Tivo in hi-def, just because it’s so amazing-looking.
The happy endings seemed a bit rushed, but I’m glad everything wrapped up so neatly.
Did anyone else notice: when the evil swimmer was talking about a stunt involving jumping a motorcycle…and we’d already seen a shark…that they were setting us up for an elaborate “jumped the shark” joke? But that the joke is really that they set us up, and then didn’t deliver? Which would be just the kind of humor that this show enjoys.
You can’t seriously think I know how to operate the DVR. 
I can barely turn the computer on without starting a fire.
