why? I really think I’m becoming more impatient than I used to be.
If you sent her an email why are you going to freak her out more by posting a message in a public forum???
So, let me get this straight:
- You sent her an email. I’m assuming you started a thread about the fact that you sent her an email.
- She either didn’t respond or responded with an implication that you were coming across as freaky.
- You’re worried you freaked her out.
- You start a public thread about it.
Oy. You seriously need to calm down.
Why? Because hammering someone with requests for their attention makes you look needy and desperate for attention. This is not a quality most people want in friends or lovers, which are usually supposed to be reciprocal relationships.
It’s OK to be needy and want attention. Just don’t broadcast it. Play it cool, and people will like you. Spaz out, and they’ll avoid you.
I have been ‘tripping over my own feet’ lately, I need a cig.

Ryan, bit of advice here:
Chill. Some of us don’t respond immediately to email, and some of us can get rather overwhelmed by things at any point in time. And then there are those of us who don’t check email every day.
So relax. Start out small.
Maybe what you need is a sig.
