Although looking at these, I think calling them only questionable is giving them too much credit.

Number one is a little humorous to me because of the bollard behind rainbow-booty man.
Number six doesn’t look quite right. The green stuff looks fake.
Number seven looks fake too - looks like the dude was cut from a different photo and pasted.
I think number ten is a dude.

Maybe you’ve isolated the questionable facor.
His problem isn’t necessarily that he’s a dude in a skirt. He should first find a skirt which fits. Then, he shouldn’t wear formal makeup with informal attire.
The green striped pants are probably real. I’ve seen similar pants in person. I’ve also got a friend who has a jacket made of the same neon green material. The guy in photo ten looks like a really bad drag queen.

I thought they looked reflective, so maybe they were real. But the chick’s green “suspenders” things … don’t even look attached. I guess they could be reflective also.
I see a few characters walking along State Street with their whole booty outta their pants like that. When I drive by I giggle, thinking about pinching 'em. Heh.
Were those all from the same prom?!? Looks like it- I especially love the guys’ track suits color-coordinated to their dates’ dresses!
