I only have one question at the moment, but I know I’m not the only person who hasn’t seen every episode, so feel free to hijack the thread.
My question is this: How old is Fred? The actress who plays her is just a little older than me (she was born in 1976) but… in the episode before they end up in Lorne’s hell dimention, they mention a. she was a grad student b. she was missing for 5 years. Unless I missed an explaination about her graduating with an undergrad degree at a younger age than typical (22ish) she’d have to be at least 29 to have been a grad student 7 years ago, wouldn’t she?
So do they say at any point during season 3 how old she is? If not, well Scully and Reyes are both older than Gillian Anderson and Annabeth Gish, so she wouldn’t be the first actress to be younger than their character…
She was missing and in another diminsion. It’s possible she didn’t age at all while she was gone. Remember Conner left as a baby and came back as a teen in the space of a few episodes.
I have a question. After Angel was cursed with a soul, did he still go around doing bad things with Darla? I originally assumed once he had the soul he stopped the bad stuff, but some flashbacks I saw seem to imply he continued, at least for a while.
Fred is also a physics super-genius. She probably started grad school younger than most people.
Angel tried to get back with Darla and do bad stuff, but couldn’t bring himself to do it. In the 2nd season episode where they flash back to the three of them at the Boxer Rebellion, its revealed by Darla that he’s been killing people, but only criminals and the like. She tries to get him to eat a baby, but he can’t do it and does a runner.
