I understand the majority, but I am curious about the origination of the happy orthodox jewish man…where did he come from?
and why is the putz labelled wally???
So many questions!
Welcome. Since you’re a guest and you can’t search, try this for one of the previous threads regarding this question. If you have any questions after that, pony up the money and search yourself.
kidding…seriously, welcome aboard.
I’d like to join the boards here but it’s gonna take me about a month to get my finances straight to where I’ll have some spending money, as I just went from working two jobs to one and it’s cut a lot out of my pocket, but time with family was just more important…now we’re also saving for a trip to europe next year, because it’s somewhere I want to go again and my gf has never been there…
But thanks for the answer about the putz, so now…how bout ortho-jewish man?
:smack: guess I should have used the thread about pukey to learn about putz, but I’m still curious…where did ;j come from?
IIRC one of our Jewish members (SDimbert?) asked for one . . . and another of our members rose to the challenge and created it.
I’ve always liked it because I thought it was illustrative of how creative and cool our members can be . . . but mostly all I hear is how people dislike it, so there you have it.

I don’t know why people dislike it…I’m not a member, but I think it’s neat!
Thanks everyone!
I doubt that many people actively dislike it… just that it has virtually no use.
People look at it and think “That spot could be filled with a full-color image of a person vomiting. Instead, we have a representation of a member of one of the world’s oldest religions. There ain’t no justice.”
What’s this?
